Theme or focus of images The main focus of the image is the girls in the image. They are all stood in a similar

pose and all are wearing similar clothes. This is what I think he was aiming to get. The reason these images were taken was maybe to go into a fashion magazine or something like that. The intent of the photographer was to create mystical fantasy effect with the way the models are dressed and stood. The images look quite modern and look like they were taken quite recently where as some of the images that I have seen by this artist are quite old and ancient. The Photograph looks like it has been taken in a studio as the background is one colour and is obvious that it isn’t a real setting.CompositionThe composition of the shot is very simple, the shot looks like it has been taken at a head height and the whole shot is fairly straight forward. The camera that he used would have been on a tripod. This would have been set quite high up depending on the height of the model. If he were to move the tripod to the left of the right the image would change drastically. The reason for this is the model is looking straight into the lens of the camera, making the audience feel like they are being drawn into the image. When I take my images I will use a tripod to as this will limit the amount of blur and shake effect coming through on the image. Techniques used The techniques used in this image would have been rule of thirds the reason for this is because when you look at the image the first thing you look at is the model. This is what the photographer would have wanted and this was the aim of the image. He will have also used depth of field. The reason for this is that he would have but the main focus on the models face and blurred out the rest. This again making you look there first. Strengths & WeaknessesThe strengths of the image are that the models look very futuristic and bright. The way the photographer has kept a very blue theme. Throughout all the images there is a constant colour of blue. One of the weaknesses is that the images could have been abit more colour enhanced and this would make the image stick out more. This will make the image more appealing to the audience.
