Hazrat Khalifatul Masih (aa) stated:
➢ Recently, a very dear life-devotee, Syed Talay Ahmad was martyred in Ghana, Africa. On the night between the 23rd and 24th of August, the MTA team which was filming a documentary was travelling when they were attacked by robbers who fired at them, injuring two people including Syed Talay Ahmad. On the way to the hospital, Syed Taalay Ahmad passed away. His Holiness (aba) said that this was the first martyrdom of a worker from MTA International, as well as Waqfe Nau UK. His two companions named Omar Farooq sahib and Abdur Rahman sahib are injured.
➢ Syed Talay Ahmad was the great grandson of Hazrat Mirza Bashir Ahmad (ra) and Mir Muhammad Ismail (ra). In this way, he was related to both the Promised Messiah (as) as well as his wife Nusrat Jahan Begum Sahiba. He was also the son-in-law of Abdul Ghulam Qadir Shaheed

➢ He was part of Nizam-e-Wasiyyat as well as the Waqf-e-Nau scheme. He did his degree in biomedical and then his majors in journalism. Afterwards, he dedicated his life. He worked in different offices before being posted in MTA where he used to make different documentaries. He was very passionate about his work and seeing it through, no matter the hardships he may have to face along the way. His focus was always to ensure that the work was carried out.
➢ Hazrat Khalifatul Masih (aa) said that this was a beautiful gem which has left us. This loss has shaken everyone. He understood his oath of life-devotion and fulfilled it to the utmost degree. Hazoor (aa) said that Syed Taalay Ahmad always surprised him, and he would wonder and still wonders how a youngster who had been raised amidst a worldly environment was able to understand and fulfil his pledge of devotion. His level of love and devotion for Khilafat was such that even some who have deep-rooted knowledge of faith do not possess it. His devotion to Khilafat was such that even in his last moments, he was constantly expressing his love for Khilafat. His companion Omar Farooq sahib says that before passing away, Syed Talay sahib said to him ‘Tell Huzoor that I love him and tell my family that I love them’.
➢ Hazrat Khalifatul Masih (aa) said that a few years ago, Syed Taalay Ahmad wrote a poem in which he expressed his love for Khilafat. He started the poem by saying that he loved his Khalifa more than anyone else and ended by saying that perhaps his Khalifa would never know how much he loved him. Hazoor (aa) said that even before Syed Taalay Ahmad’s last words, he knew – he knew how much Syed Taalay Ahmad loved him when he was filming with his camera, and even when he met him without his camera. He could tell from the sparkle in his eyes and the light on his face, indeed from his every action, how much love he had for Khilafat.
➢ Hazrat Khalifatul Masih (aa) said that Syed Talay Ahmad was very dear to him. He said: O my beloved Talay, I bear witness that you have surely attained the highest degree of fulfilling your oath of life-devotion. Hazrat Khalifatul Masih (aa) said that once in a meeting, he told missionaries to offer Tahajjud (pre-dawn voluntary prayers) for at least one hour a day. Even though he was not a missionary, Syed Taalay Ahmad knew he was a life-devotee, and so he too did his best to implement this instruction.
➢ Hazrat Khalifatul Masih (aa) mentioned many virtuous attributes of Syed Talay sahib as narrated by his wife, his parents and other people who worked with him. For example, his wife praised him for being a role-model husband and father to his children. She also wrote to Hazoor how Talay sahib had deep love for the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sa) so much so that he used to cry like a child while mentioning narrations about the Holy Prophet (sa).
➢ Hazrat Khalifatul Masih (aa) said that Syyed Taalay Ahmad fulfilled his due in being the spiritual and physical progeny of the Holy Prophet (sa) as well as the Promised Messiah (as). It is fitting that Allah Almihgty chose the (Islamic) month of Muharram for Syed Taalay Ahmad to be able to present this

sacrifice. May Allah Almighty continue to elevate the station of Syed Taalay Ahmad. Surely, he would have been given a place in Paradise near the Holy Prophet (sa).

ONLINE CLASSES WITH HAZRAT KHALIFATUL MASIH (AA)
Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Canada has been granted permission to hold five online classes with Syedna
Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (may Allah be his Helper). Al-Hamdolillah!
The classes will be held on the following dates for the respective Khuddam and Atfal mentioned:
• Please note: Class with Western Canada Khuddam Post-Secondary Students has been changed
from October 2nd, 2021, to October 23rd, 2021
• Class with Central & Eastern Canada Khuddam Post-Secondary Students: October 3rd, 2021
• Class with Nau Muba'i`n Khuddam (New Converts): October 10th, 2021
• Class with Waqfin Nau Khuddam: October 16th, 2021
• Class with Waqfin Nau Atfal: October 17th, 2021
The online application to attend must be completed by all Khuddam and Atfal that meet the above criteria. Members can submit their applications by visiting www.khuddam.ca/virtualmulaqat. Prayers

اس نے خلافت ۔ خلافت سے وفا اور محبت کا ایسا ادراک تھا کہ کم دیکھنے میں اتا ہے ۔۔زندگی وقف کی اور پھر اس کو حقیقی رنگ میں نبھایا۔ س نے ا ہونے کے باوجود

خلیفہ سے محبت کرتا ہوں لیکننے یہ لکھا تھا کہ میں سب سے زیادہ اپنےنھوں سید طالع صاحب کی ایک نظم کا ذکر فرمایا جس میں ا حضرت خلیفۃ المسیح ایدہ اللہ تعالی نے
وہ مجھے بہت پیارا تھا۔ ۔۔تمہارے ہر عمل سے اور ہر حرکت و سکون سے اس محبت کا اظہار ہوتا تھا۔ ر نے فرمایا کہ ہو گا۔ حضور انو کو اس بات کا علم کبھی نہیںشاید خلیفہ
پیارے طالع، میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ یقینا تم نے اپنے وقف اور عہد کے اعلی ترین معیاروں کو حاصل کر لیا۔ ۔۔۔اے
ایدہ اللہ تعالی نے مربیان کو یہ ت خلیفۃ المسیح ایدہ اللہ تعالی نے اپ کی اطاعت کا ایک واقعہ بیان فرمایا ۔ سید طالع صاحب نے جب یہ دیکھا کہ حضرحضرت خلیفۃ المسیح
ہدایت کو اپنے لئے سمجھا اور اس پر عمل کرنے کی پوری کوشش کرتے تھے۔ تو گویا وہ خود مربی نہ تھے لیکن اس نماز تہجد ادا کریں کی ہے کہ روزانہ ایک گھنٹہنصیحت
صلعم وند اور باپ تھے اور رسول اللہلکھا کہ وہ ایک مثالی خا اپ کی اہلیہ اور والدین اور دوست احباب نے بہت سی نیک عادات کا ذکر کیا۔ مثلا اپ کی اہلیہ نے حضور کو
سے اس قدر محبت کرتے تھے کہ ان کے ذکر پر بچوں کی طرح انسو بہاتے تھے۔
