Akhbari lafz “mukhabir” se akhaz kiya gaya hai jo kay arabi zubaan ka lafz hai aur isska matlab hai khabar dainey wala Usool-e-Kafi Kitab-ul-Hujjat main hai kay Imam Jaffar Sadiq(as) ne farmaya “RasoolAllah(saw) mukhabir thay aur issi tarah unkey baad kay Ayma(asws)” lehaza akhbari uss qoum ko kehtey hain jinhon ne Mukhabir-e-Sadiq ki taqleed kay baghair her kisi ki taqleed ko apne leay haraam qaraar diya ho aur jo kay her haal main sirf uss mukhabir ki baat per aitmaad kartey hon aur usskey qol kay saamney her kisi kay qol ka rad kartey hon choonkey shia main akhbari hazraat maa siwaaey Quran aur Itrat(asws) kay kisi ki taqleed nahin kartey aur na inkey qol per kisi ko muqaddam kartey hain balkey khaalisattan apne aap ko Mukhabireen-e-Masumeen(asws) kay muqalideen kehlaatey hain issleay unhon ne apne aapko iss naam se mosoof kiya….

KYA AKHBARI GHER MUQALID HAIN?

Yeh Mashoor tou yaqeenun hai kay akhbari gher muqallid hain aur kisi ki taqleed nahin kartey magar yeh kehna durust nahin hoga kay wo gher muqallid hain kyunke wo tou khud kehtey hain kay hum Quran aur Ahl-e-Bait(asws) ki taqleed kartey hain aur isswaqt hum Imam-e-Zamana(a.j.f) ki taqleed main hain kyunke Masoom(saw) kay elawa kisi ki taqleed durust nahin choonkey taqleed ka lughwi maani itaat se ibaarat hai lehaza wo kehtey hain khuda ne humain ool-ul-Amr ki itaat ka hukm diya hai hum kyun ool-ul-amr kay elaawa kisi ki itaat karain kyunkey isski aik wajah yeh hai kay muqalideen ka yeh aqeedah hai kay jub kisi Faqih ki taqleed ki jaati hai tou usski baat

maan,na wajib hojaati hai aur choonkey Allah ne Apne aur apne Rasool(saw) aur ool-ul-Amr jo kay shion kay nazdeek Ayma(asws) hain ki itaat ka hukm diya hai aur kisi ki itaat ka hukm nahin diya lehaaza gher Masoom faqih ki taqleed wajib nahin balkey khilaaf-e-shariyyat hai…

TASHAHUD AUR AKHBARI….

Aur akhbarion kay aqaayed main se aik amr yeh bhi hai kay wo Tashahud main Ameer-ul-Momineen(asws) ki wilayet o khilafat ki gawahi bhi daitey hain aur isskey baghair namaz ko namukammil jaantey hain aur issey ain juzw-e-Namaz wajib kay tor per ada kartey hain….

USOOLI AUR UNKEY NAZARIYAAT…

Yeh masila tou usoolion kay darmiyaan bhi ikhtilaafi hai kyunke baaz najfi mujtahideen namaz main “Ali un waliullah” parhney ki ijaazat daitey hain magar aksariyyat main usooli issey ghallat aur mun gharrat tasawur kartey hain aur jo mujtahideen isey jaiz qarar daitey hain wo bhi issey wajib nahin kehtey balkey issey jaiz ya mustahab kehtey hain…

Mujtahideen kay wo fataawa jo awaam kay leay jaari keay jaatey hain aur jinkey baarey main mujtahideen aur unkey muqalideen ka yeh aqeedah hota hai kay yeh fatwa wo bara-e-raast imam se ley rahey hai ki buniyaad akser kitab o sunnat o Itrat(asws) kay bar khilaaf hotey hain jesa kay syedzadi kay aqad ka masila jo kay bila shubba Masoom(as) kay Qol kay mutaabiq ummati per haraam hai aur sadqa jo kay bani hashim per haram hai issper bhi mujtahideen Farameen-e-Masoom(as) ki khilaaf warzi kartey huey isskey bar’aks fatwa daitey hain issi leay Masoom(as) ne humesha faqih-e-sheher kay fatwa kay khilaaf amal karney ka hukm diya hai….

kyunke ap ne dekha kay Masoom(as) ka qol inkey fataawa kay khilaaf hai magar dukh hota hai un logon per Masoom(as) ki baat ko nazar andaz kardaitey hain aur gher Masoom ki baat ko suntey hain aur aisey he logon kay leay irshad-e-Rab ul izzat hua kay “Aye Sun’ney walo haq ko chor kar logon ki khuwaishaat ki perwi(following) kyun kartey ho jubkey Khuda ne shariyyat tou tum sab kay leay aik he banaai hai”[Surah-e-Maida ayat 48]

Aur haq tou yaqeenun Ayma Masumeen(asws) kay aqwaal hain ager hum Masumeen(asws) kay aqwaal ko chor kar gher masoom mujtahideen ki batain sun’ney lagain aur un per amal karney lagain jubkey Masoom(as) ka qol isskey khilaaf ho tou emaan se bataaeay kya hum iss ayat kay khitaab qaraar nahin paatey?

AMEER-UL-MOMINEEN(A.S) KA KHUTBA…

Hazrat(as) ka kalaam jisey sahib-e-nahj-ul-balaghah ne naqal kiya hai kay Ap(as) ne farmaya:

“Jub in main se kisi kay saamney koi muaamla pesh kiya jata hai tou wo apni raaey se iska hukm lagaata hai phir wohi Masila baeeina doosrey kay saamney pesh hota hai tou wo iss se pehle kay hukm kay khilaaf hukm daita hai phir yeh tamam kay tamam qazi apne uss khalifah kay pas jama hotey hain jisney inhain qaazi bana rakha hai tou wo sub ki raaey ko sahih qaraar deta hai halaankey inka Allah aik hai inhain ghor tou karna chaheeay kay kya Allah ne inko ikhtilaaf ka hukm diya tha?aur ye ikhtilaf kar kay isska hukm baja laatey hain, ya ussney tou haqeeqatun ikhtilaf se mana farmaya hai! Aur ye ikhtilaf kar kay sarasar Allah ki nafarmaani karna chahtey hain?ya ye kay Allah ne deen ko adhoora chor diya tha? Aur insey takmeel kay leeay haath bataaney ka khuwaishmund hua tha?ya kya ye Allah kay shareek thay?kay inhain Allah kay ehkaam main dakhal dainey ka haq hua?aur kya Allah per laazim hai kay wo issper raza mand ho?ya ye kay Allah ne tou deen mukammil naazil kiya tha magar RasoolAllah(saw) ne isski tableegh kay biyan main kotaahi ki?Allah talla ne tou Quran main yeh farmaya hai kay hum ne kisi cheez kay biyaan main kotaahi nahin ki,aur issmey her cheez ka waazey biyaan hai aur yeh bhi kaha hai kay iss kitab kay baaz hissey doosrey hisson ki tasdeeq kartey hain,aur issmey koi ikhtilaf nahin,lehaza Allah ka irshad hai kay ager yeh Quran Allah kay elaawa kisi aur ka bheja hota tou tum issmey bohot sa ikhtilaf paatey aur yeh kay isska zahir khushnuma aur baatin gehra hai,na isskey ajaibaat mitney waaley aur naa isskey lataif khatam honay waaley hain zulmat ka parda issi se chaak kiya jata hai”

LAFZ AYATULLAH KI HAQEEQAT…

Aik chota sa arabi seekhney wala bacha bhi iss baat ko janta hai kay ayat arabi ka lafz hai aur isska maani hai “Nishaani” ya “Hujjat” aur Ayatullah ka matlab hua Allah ki nishaani ya Allah ki Hujjat aur sharee tor per humaarey leay Allah Talla ki 14 hujjatain hain jo kay 14 Masumeen(asws) hain aur Ayat-e-Elahi hain bila shubba Masumeen(asws) hum per Allah ki taraf se hujjat hain kyunke Nabi(saw) sahib-e-wahhi aur Ayma(asws) sahibaan-e-Ilhaam hain lehaaza inka ilm bara-e-raast Allah se hai aur makhlooq per Allah ki hujjat wohi hota hai jo bara-e-raast parwardigar se ilm haasil karta ho jubkey mujtahideen kay leay koi bhi amar saabit nahin na tou wo sahiban e wahhi hain na he sahiban e ilham hain aur na he Masoom hain iss aitebaar se unko Ayatulllah(Allah ki Hujjat) pukaarna munaasib nahin aur khilaaf-e-shariyyat hai balkey Ayma(asws) ki ismat main unkey gher ko shareek karney kay barabar hoga…kyunke Masumeen(asws) ne bhi apne farameen main ye he bataya hai kay hum he Allah ki ayaat hain…aur issey aagey biyaan kartey hain…

Ussolion ne ayaat-e-Quran ko shahid banaya hai kay issmey jin nishaanion ka zikr hua hai unsey murad mujtahideen hain aur issper koi daleel pesh nahin jubkey ager Masoom(as) kay qol ki taraf rujuh kiya jaaey tou Masoom(as) ka aik he farman hai

Ya phir yeh kay iss riwayet ko kese ajkal kay mujtahideen per mahmool kiya jasakta hai isski daleel kya aur kahan hai??

Maafi chahta hun magar issmey zara barabar sadaaqat se kaam nahin liya gaya aur raviaan-e-rijaal ko mujtahideen qaraar dey diya gaya jisper koi hujjat bhi waarid na hui thi lehaaza yeh hadis sahih tasleem keeay jaaney kay bawajood bhi mujtahideen per mahmool nahin ki jasakti…

Ab un afraad kay mutalliq nihaayet he afsos hota hai jo poorey ilm ka daawa kartey hain kyunke mukammil ilm tou Imam(as) he kay pas hai jese kay Allah ne irshad farmaya “Hum ne her cheez kay ilm ko Imam-e-Mubeen main jamma kardiya hai” (surah-e-Yaseen ayat no: 12) mujtahid bhi aur unkey muqalideen bhi ye he kehtey hain kay mujtahid kay pas her uss cheez ka ilm mojood hai jiska sawal unsey mutawaqey hai aur dar haqeeqat Ayma(as) kay ilm main khud ko shareek karna he Dawa-e-Imamat kehlaata hai aur ilm-e-rijaal aik jhoota uar mun gharrat tasawur qayem kiya gaya hai jiski misaal kisi afsaaney se ziyada aur kuch nahin aur hum saabit bhi kar chukkey hain kay Gher-e-Masoom mohtaaj hai aur mohtaajion kay saaye main parha hua hai lehaaza jo shakhs Imam-e-Mansoos Minallah kay elaawa aisa daawa karega wo Masoom(as) kay qol ki roshni main jahanum ka mustahiq qaraar paayega…

Aur akhbaari bechaarey bhi tou ye he kehtey hain aur iss jurm ki wajha se unhain kufr o shirk kay taaney sun’ney parhtey hain j okay usoolion ki jaanib se un per barsaaey jaatey hain kyunke baghair hawala-e-hujjat kay andhey munh her fatwey per aitbaar karney ko wajib samajhna he taqleed kehlaati hai jo kay kisi bhi tarah munaasib nahin aur issey aqal tasleem nahin karti aur Qol-e-Masoom(as) se bhi waazey hua kay kyat um phir inki her baat ki tasdeeq kartey phirogey?aur jub usooli doosron ko daawat daitey hain kay tum bhi mujtahid ki taqleed karo warna amaal baatil hojayengey tou isskay mutalliq Imam(as) ka farman kay kya phir logon ko usskey qol ki dawat daitey phirogey? Qom-e-shia apni ankhon ko kholo aur mat bhoolo yeh taqleed-e-gher-e-masoom qiyaas o ijma-e-ummat he tha jisney All-e-Muhammad(as) ko unkey huqooq se mehroom rakha aur isski bunyiaad usswaqt parhi jub saqeefa bani saada main ummat kay logon ne abubakar ko apna khalifah muqarrar karliya aur hadis e Rasool(saw) aur quraani nasoos ko rad kardiya kya tum bhi unhee logon ki manand ban’na chahtey ho aur haq ko chor kar qiyaas o ijma o taqleed-e-gher masoom ko apnao gey? Kehney aur likhney ko bohot kuch tha
