    Privredno drutvo Tankmont d.o.o. nastalo je 2005. godine statusnom promenom firme Metal Montaa koja je imala svoj radni vek dug 9 godina. Delatnost firme je definisana kao projektovanje, izvoenje i inenjering, mada se uglavnom bavimo izvoenjem radova u izgradnji metalnih konstrukcija. Strukturu zaposlenih ine inenjerimainstva, graevinarstva i visoko kvalifikovani bravari i zavarivai. Iz dalje navedenih referenci se moe videti da smo u poslednjih tri godine usko specijalizovani na izgradnji velikih rezervoara za skladitenje nafte i naftnih derivata. Sticajem okolnosti i saradnje sa velikim investitorima, poslovi izgradnje rezervoara odvijali su se na teritoriji Ruske Federacije, prema njihovim standardima i zakonima. Standardi Ruske federacije SNIP i GOST su jo dodatno pojaani i postroeni sa RD, internim standardima samog investitora Transnjeft-a, koji su jako bliski API Amerikim standardima. Pored rezervoara, radili smo i na izradi i montai tehnolokih cevovoda za transport nafte prenika 1.000 mm, i na manjim promerima predvienim za transport vode i pene u sisitemima za gaenje poara. Uspeno smo uestvovali i na izradi i montai elinih konstrukcija, hala i noseih konstrukcija. Moemo se pohvaliti da je svaki od objekata zavren pre roka, i da su ostvareni rokovi jako kratki, a da tako brzo izvoenje radova nije umanjilo kvalitet rada. U cilju daljeg unapreenja kvaliteta naih proizvoda i usluga, 2010. godine smo pristupili uvoenju integrisanog sistema menadmenta standarda ISO 9001, ISO 14001 i OHSAS 18001 a 13.04.2011. god. smo dobili sertifikate. Sertifikaciju je izvrila sertifikaciona kua SGS iz vajcarske.

    Company Tankmont ltd. was founded in 2005 by statutory change of company Metal Mon-taza, which had worked for 9 years. Companys field of work is defined as design-ing, constructing and engineering, although we mainly deal with the works in the constructing of metal con-structions. Employees are structured from mechanical, civil engineers and highly qualified locksmiths andwelders. The references below show that in the last three years we have specialized in building bigreservoirs for oil derivates tanking. Cooperation with big investors and other circumstances lead to constructing reservoirs on the territory of Russian Federation, according to their standards and laws. Standards of Russian Federation SNIP and GOST were tighten up and made more rigorous by RD, internal standards of the investor Transnyeft which are very close to API, American standards. In addition to the reservoirs, we have been constructing and assembling pipelines for oil transport diameter 1.000 mm, and with smaller diameters, for water and foam transport in fire protection system. We have successfully participated in con-structing and assembling steel constructions, hall type, and supporting constructions. We are pleased to say that every construction was finished before the deadlines, which were very short, and that the speed of constructing has not di-minished the quality of work. In order to further improve the quality of our products and services, in 2010 we approached the in-troduction of integrated management system of stan-dards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and on April 13th 2011we got certificates. The certification was performed by a certifica-tion company from Switzerland.

    Radovi su izvoeni paralelno na dva rezervoara, i uspeno zavreni 15 dana pre roka, bez obzira na surove zimske uslove. Zavarivanje je bilo mogue i pod takvim uslovima, zahvaljujui tehnologiji zavarivanja koja se oslanja na zavarivanje punjenom icom Innershield bez zatite gasom, tako da vetar brzine do 10 m/s ne ometa proces zavarivanja.

    The works were complited simultaneously on both reservoirs and successfully finished 15 days before the deadline, regardless of the severe winter condition. Welding was possible even under such conditions, due to to the technology of welding based on welding with full string Innershield without gas protection, so that the wind up to 10 m/s was not hindering welding process.
