TMM series enables a variety of tool settings!
It supports different tooling variations not only for high speed mass-productions but It provides a process integration complete machining from raw materials with themax. 9 axes (Module-3)/max. 8 axes (Module-1)
also for variable-kind variable-lot flexible productions having a high degree of difficulty, thus presenting high cost effectiveness.
The use of exclusive double holder allows total 30 tools to be mounted. Furthermore,the use of both turrets enables the maximum 60-tool tooling.
Power tools can be mounted in all positions.

The integrated back machining is now available. The a axis travel 1300mm and #1and #2-system spindle synchronous control enable balance cuttings and workpiece transfers.
By using a double-holder, maximum 30 tools can be mounted. Power tool type 15-station turret is equipped for the Module-1 as standard. It is optional for the Module-3.
The attachment of double-holder to the 15-station turret allows total 60 tools to be mounted.
Highly rigid double-slide type Y axis is employed for the #1-system turret.
