Our ideas serve to develop the main Accorhotels App and aim at improving the guests’ experience in Accor hotels from pre-arrival to post-departure.

In the first picture, guests can choose their most preferred stay mode which will customize their experience (e.g. relaxing, business, healthy mode).

The 2nd and the 3rd pictures help to improve the intercultural communication between guests and employees and the last picture illustrates a virtual audio birthday card to be sent to the guest.
