Weekly job clubs are held throughout the dura=on of our programs the students receive valuable informa=on on relevant job search topics. Networking opportuni=es are also a large component of these job clubs as present and past students exchange contact informa=on and share job leads.
Progressive Training College has a history of providing effec=ve placement services from which we have developed an extensive database of employers that have taken on our students for both co-‐op and employment posi=ons. Our outreach to

Dispatch Operator Be A Dispatch Operator As a Dispatcher you would be responsible for receiving and transmiIng messages, tracking vehicles and equipment, and communica=ng with staff and customers.
Employers that typically hire Dispatchers to relay informa=on and coordinate opera=ons include: emergency services, couriers, taxicab providers, trucking companies, railroads and public u=lity companies.

Production Clerk
Become a Produc5on Clerk Produc=on Clerks coordinate and create schedules and daily work flow plans. As well as the coordina=on of new orders for produc=on and sales. This requires a highly organized individual to es=mate the amount of =me it takes for the produc=on team to finish projects and coordinate workers' schedules. Produc=on clerks may also be involved in the Quality Assurance process of product assembly.
As a Produc=on Clerk you will need to know: How to compile detailed worksheets, es=mate quan=ty of materials and labour, consult with Produc=on Supervisors and other team members, coordinate and monitor the movement of parts and supplies, as well as prepare tracking data management and interact with customers and suppliers.

Security is a quickly growing industry in Canada. This is a mul=-‐dimensional industry with jobs in a variety of seIngs. Licensed security professionals are needed in banking, public and private proper=es, educa=onal ins=tu=ons, inves=ga=ons, manufacturing, retail loss preven=on, security equipment sales, transporta=on, concierge desks, and more.
Our 25-‐week program includes the basic licensing and adds business communica=on, customer service and report wri=ng skills. This program is ideal for those wishing to quickly advance in the security industry.
Our 40-‐hour program includes MCSCS test prepara=on.
Both programs meet the MCSCS minimum requirements to work as a licensed security guard in Ontario.
