    More and more Americans today attempt to find agood night’s sleep in a pill bottle. In fact the

    CDC reports that nine million Americans rely onprescriptions similar to Ambien or Lunesta to finda good night’s sleep. WebMD lists sleep-drivingas a side-effect of prescription sleep aids. The

    warning appearing on the Benadryl bottleindicates that users should not operate heavymachinery; however people drive around townasleep while influenced by these drugs! If sleep-driving was not scary enough the British MedicalJournal published a study showing individualswho utilize prescription sleep aids tend to havea higher death rate; in fact four times higherthan people who do not!
