To ensure that your special day runs smoothly,Wilson Creek Winery includes a day of site coordinator to assist with the organization of yourwedding. You are not required to use our coordinator and may hire your own. Your Wilson Creek coordinator will meet with you in advance to discuss details of your reception including menu and selections, linen colors, floorplan, timeline, toasts and all other particulars pertaining to the reception.
REHEARSAL, CEREMONY AND RECEPTIONWilson Creek provides a wedding rehearsal theday prior to your wedding based on availabilitytimes.
PHOTOGRAPHYWilson Creek is a beautiful location for taking wedding photos. Photos around the winery maybe taken two hours prior to your scheduled wedding start time so long as it does not interruptwith the normal operations of the winery. We do request a “Model Release” signed uponbooking.
MUSIC AND VENDOR POLICYTo assure the success and professional quality ofyour wedding reception, we require that WilsonCreek Winery approved disc jockeys are used. Seethe Preferred Vendor List. It is the client’s respon-sibility to provide the music and sound for thewedding ceremony and reception. You may em-ploy a string quartet, pianist, harpist or singer.e reception music must be turned off promptlyat 10:00 p.m. for outdoor receptions. For all in-door receptions, music must be turned offpromptly at your scheduled event end time. ALLvendors, including florist, DJ, bands, etc. mustprovide a certificate of insurance, naming WilsonCreek Winery & Vineyard Inc. as an additional insured prior to arriving on the property.
TABLE AND AREA DECORATIONSSpecialty linens and napkins with an expandedcolor selection are available for an additionalcharge.
Should your color choice of linens be unavailabledue to unforeseen circumstances, white linenswill be used at the discretion of Wilson CreekWinery.
Our standard centerpieces include a glass hurricane covered white candle with three votivecandles surrounding it. ese centerpieces are complimentary.
Decorating for the wedding ceremony and reception should be arranged with Wilson Creek’ssite coordinator. Vendors may not begin set-upmore than two hours prior to the scheduled eventstart time or interrupt the normal operations ofthe winery. See your Wilson Creek site coordinatorif special arrangements are needed.
No confetti, indoor sparklers, rice, birdseed orglitter may be used on the premises for any purpose. e use of any of these items will resultin a damage charge assessment.
Only fresh white or ivory flower petals may beused on any concrete area on the winery property. Wilson Creek Winery does not provide an aislerunner.
Inclement Weather: If you are planning an outdoorwedding and reception, Wilson Creek Winerycannot be held responsible for inclement weatherconditions. Wilson Creek Winery can provide indoor space, if available for your event or rentoutdoor tenting at host’s expense.
CHOICE OF ENTRÈEIf a choice of entrée option is chosen, a place cardfor each guest is required, and provided by theclient, designating which entrée selection hasbeen chosen by your guests. Entrée counts are re-quired when final guest count is provided. Clientmust submit to their coordinator the place carddesignation for approval.

BEVERAGE POLICY
Wilson Creek wines and champagne are served exclusively during events. Premium Wilson CreekWines, Sangria, Decadencia Chocolate Port and Angelica Cream Sherry are not included, but maybe added for an additional charge.
We reserve the right to substitute any wine basedon availability. All open bottles are the propertyof Wilson Creek Winery. We reserve the right toclose any event where other alcoholic beveragesare being consumed. Wilson Creek Winery reservesthe right to request proof of age. Any guest whois unable to provide proof of age will not beserved alcohol. No exceptions. We encourage theenjoyment of our wines in a responsible mannerand ask the client to help us in fulfilling our legalobligations of refusing service to those appearingto be intoxicated. Any guests providing alcohol toan underage drinker, as well as the underagedrinker will be asked to leave the property immediately.
Wilson Creek Winery reserves the right to closedown the bar at any time during the event ifguests are consuming outside liquor or carryingout lewd acts. Last call for beverage service will beat least 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of thereception.
Hard liquor is not permitted on Wilson CreekWinery property as per our state and federalliquor license issued by the Alcohol BeverageControl. Any liquor found on property will beconfiscated and any guests consuming liquor maybe asked to leave the property.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Deposits/Payments: 10% of the ESTIMATEDPROPOSAL and a signed contract are requiredto book a date. is payment is non-refundable,but will be applied toward the final balance. Payment of the remaining contracted amount isdue in 3 scheduled installment payments dividedinto 30% increments with the last portion plusany charges due 15 days prior to the event, whenthe final guaranteed guest count is given to theWedding Coordinator. e following methods ofpayment are accepted: cash, check, cashier’scheck/money order, debit or credit card. Personalchecks will not be accepted for final payments.
e final guest count is required 15 days prior to the event. At that time a final bill will beprocessed for any remaining money owed including any upgrades you may have chosen. No refund will be given if the number of guestsin attendance is fewer than the final guaranteedguest count given. All money paid to WilsonCreek Winery is non-refundable.
