Reliability and performance have long been associated with Weir. Now, with the Synertrex® platform, you can see this reputation in real time.
Synertrex® technology enables sensors to be applied to your Weir processing equipment. Then, through advanced Cloud or Edge computing, data is continually captured and analysed.
Synertrex® monitors the health of your machinery, or those indicators that make this equipment reliable. With Synertrex® you can remotely manage maintenance from monitoring wear and tear, to scheduled servicing and repairs, with detection of trouble spots, such as drive system, structural or lubrication issues, before they can turn into costly downtime.
Synertrex® also assesses your machinery’s performance, including potential improvements, such as optimising the equipment’s energy efficiency or throughput.
By using Synertrex® Technology’s Health and Performance indicators (HPi), keeping your equipment at its most profitable is the reality.

When enabled, the Synertrex® platform can: • Monitor bearing and gland seal health • Detect cavitation • Track efficiency • Forecast wear life • Indicate any general faults including part misalignment

01.Customers can access the Global Operations landing page. Here the Synertrex® platform provides details of your Weir equipment worldwide to give you a big picture view of your operations.

By clicking on the Customer Operations landing page, you can take a closer look at a key site to see potential improvements to optimise equipment performance.
03.On the Equipment View landing page, you will receive a complete summary of all Health and Performance indicators. Trouble spots are red flagged, where symptoms have been diagnosed and actions identified.
Presented in an easy-to-follow format, this dashboard has been designed to be used by everyone from executives and engineers, through to site workers.

To say that the Synertrex® platform is user-friendly is an understatement. All captured data from your equipment is displayed in a drill down dashboard, otherwise known as D3, that could not be simpler to navigate. Weir has made sure of it.
