OBJECTIVE The highlight of this programme is its emphasis on aninterdiiciplinary apptoach in the study of law andresearch orientation by underlining the relevance ofresearch methodology with utmost technical precisionand scientific sophistication. The student has the optionof a cafeteria approach in terms of specialization, crossspecialization courses combining innovation, cuttingedge legal acumen and theoretical insights.

The assessment of the student for each examination isdone, based on relative performance. Maximum GradePoint (GP) is 10 corresponding to O (Outstanding). Forall courses, a student is required to pass both internaland external examination separately with a minimumGrade Point of 4 corresponding to Grade P. Studentssecuring less than 40olo absolute marks in each head ofpassing will be declared FAIL. The University awards a
