Engro Foods Limited, Karachi, Pakistan Sep 2012 – Jul 2016 Pakistan’s fastest growing dairy company, recently acquired by Royal FrieslandCampina (RFC). Procurement Analyst Analyzed international market trends, fundamentals, data and outlook for commodities (Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP), Palm

Oil and Sugar) and then brought insights/recommendations for buying decisions.

Achieved saving of €5.87 million against a target of €2.06 million in commodities buying in 2015. Led the Corporate Plan cycle for procurement and ensured timely finalization of direct materials budgeted cost for 2016. Designed and implemented the monthly commodity pack (industry analysis, commodity analysis, forecast analysis) as an

extensive presentation for commodity committee (includes CEO, CFO, VP Supply Chain and GM Procurement & Contracts).
