The Challenge Even with a sizable substitute teacher pool, district absences still go unfilled. All too often, these are the most painful absences, like morning of, or during important professional development.

School administrators, principals and staff have to scramble to cover these classrooms and miss important PD.

The Partnership Swing can onboard a District Partner in a matter of minutes. Nothing changes with a District’s existing technology or substitute teachers: they’re still able to contact their sub pool for absences. The difference now is our District Partners have a backup plan.

On a daily basis, our District Partners issue absences requesting a Swing sub, and everyday, we help fill those absences.

Additionally, our highly responsive Customer Success team ensures that Districts have a quality experience with Swing on an ongoing basis.

We provide excellent service in a couple ways:

• Our platform gives Districts the ability to provide feedback about our subs. This data is used to help prioritize our best subs and help other subs improve.

• The median response time from our Customer Success team is less than 20 minutes for urgent questions or issues, and 36 minutes for all other concerns.

• We proactively meet with our District Partners to gather feedback so we can continually improve our partnership.
