Roles And Responsibilities:-

Analysing the Requirement and providing exact list of documents before sending the docket to the disbursal team..

Ensuring proper bifurcations of the required policy abided docs for both credit analysts and initiators.

Monitoring the efficiency, evaluating the success rate on a daily basis and charting out the areas of improvement.

Keeping in sync and liasing with both the teams and rectifying errors as and when surfaced. Integrating the services for the stakeholders (both business development and credit initiators

Reduction of rework and TAT breach cases, encountered during process submission to S20 (straight to operations), inclusion of some major check points at the login gateway.

Standardization of process for Sanction & Disbursal of all Mortgage loan products for Retail clients, thereby reducing Error rate captured from 15% to 8-10% during Concurrent audits.

Formulating CAM (Credit Authorization Memo) calculator for 2 products: “mortgages (salaried, self employed) &for the BC /SME unit.

Ageing cases,original documents(Title-non title) witheld with the custody team for an average of 360 days.

Analysing the cause and communicating with different team, liasing with the clients. Designing and formulating an MIS to capture the approved and received date. Documentation and result analysis. (Noticeable reduction).

Project Description:-

Centralization and De-centralization of liability activities for cost reduction and F.T.E management Pan India.

Roles And Responsibilities:-

Corporating data from Pan India liability workstations and keeping a track of work hours for every individual F.T.E as per activities.

Understanding the functional requirement and providing a solution.. Developing web services.( pooling in the technology team for various convenient gateways). Development and integration of code.

Project Description:-

Process digitization and inclusion of process TAB banking and electronic teller apparatus for the retail banking vertical. Worked with the GLOBAL CIO (chief information officer) TEAM and Head Technology, STANDARD CHARTERED BANK.

Providing frequent training to make the unit abreast with the changes in CDD guidelines, Group AML procedures, NRI case process, Major RBI regulatory changes impacting BAU (Business as usual) process.
