• There are few changes in the application. More details will be communicated in the coming weeks

• Discipline: Reports suspensions/expulsions for students and whether they received services during those periods.
• Child Find (60‐day Timeline): Reports the timeliness of determination for initial eligibility after receipt of parental consent for the evaluation (students age 3 through 21).
• Early Childhood Transition: Reports the timeliness of transition for students who were referred by Idaho Infant Toddler Program as potentially eligible (students age three between July 1, 2016, and June 30, 2017).
• Exit: Reports who exited special education program or moved out of the district (students age 14‐21).
