Today's world is totally depend upon the automobiles without this it is difficult to imagine But as the technology is increasing day by day we are forgetting one should consider the environment.So in order prevent environment from disaster but move ahead in technology we had designed a concept car which is eco friendly and long life

BRAKING SYSTEMIn braking system we have used drum brakes to stop the vehicleas the brakes are applied the brake wire gets tightened and the cam gets rotated due to which the brake shoe internally expand and touches the wheel drum and due to which the vehicle stops and after releasing the brake with the help of spring action the brake shoe again come back to original position
CHASIS•FOR CHASIS WE DID THE DESIGN IN PRO E AND COMING TO MANUFACTURING WE USED MILD STEEL RODS AND WE JOIN THEM WITH ARC WELDING… • A TOTAL OF JOINTS WHICH ARE WELDED ARE 30• A TOTAL OF 48 WELD RODS IS USED TO MAKE THE CHASIS•WE HAVE TRIED TO MAINTAIN THE CENTER OF GRAVITY AS LOW AS POSSIBLE

• The design of the car is very important not only for the look but also in terms of the safety
• In terms of design we gave the look of truck shape
• For extra safety we have design the chassis such that it can during the time of accident the rods bend in such a way that it minimize the risk at the time of accident
