Ingredient Nutrition Remarks

1 Rib Eye Steak (1.5Kg) Protein , fat and a little bit of phosphorous. Protein helps the body function properly

Fats provide vitamin A,D,E , K and essential fatty acids.

Phosphorous is a mineral salt which helps to build strong bones and teeth.

2 Salt (1 teaspoon) Salt Salt maintains water balance of body fluids.

3 Pepper (large pinch) Rich in calcium , magnesium , potassium, vitamin A , C and K.

Good for digestive system.

4 Rosemary (A handful) Same as pepper but with out vitamin K. Useful in blood circulation and digestive system.

5 Sweet potato (2).Optional. Vitamin A It reduces are susceptibility to colds.

6 Potato (6 Large ) Vitamin C Helps body overcome infections and heal wounds.

7 Garlic (4 cloves) Phosphorous, calcium, iron and traces of iodine & allicin.

It help fight heart ailments , cold ,cough and lowers blood preasure.

8 Carrots(2) Vitamin A Same as sweet potato

Extra step : Gently rinse the leaves through a sieve .Then put them in deep pan and add some butter.

You Will Need

1)Large dish 9)Meat string or aluminum foil

2)Mortar and pestle

3)Cutting board

4)Knife

5)Oven gloves

6)Oven tray

7)Tongs

8)Frying pan

Step 1:Thorughly wash the meat.

Page 9: Sunday roast!

Step 2:Season the meat with the salt and pepper.

Step 3:Gently shred the rosemary leaves of the stem.

Step 4:Finely cut up the rosemary leaves and put it in the mortar

Step 5:Now add the garlic cloves and mash it with a pestle.

Step 6:Pour in some olive oil and mix with your hands.

Step 7:Take your mixture and rub it into the meat.

Step 8:Dice the potato’s and put them into an oven pan

Step 9:Drisel it with olive oil .

Step 10:Carfully place the potatoes in the oven.

Step 12:Now cut the carrots into 8ths .

Step 13:Ask an adult to take out the potatoes shake them and add the carrots then put them back.

Step 14:Tie up the meat and fry.

Step 15:Place the meat in oven for 50 mins.
