Welcome to our Camp Community!

PJCC Camp Mission StatementWe provide an environment where campers, families and staff members develop and maintain friendships, grow through creative and developmentally appropriate activities, increase self-confidence and have a positive association with Jewish culture.

PJCC Ikkarim (Guiding Principles)The PJCC is built upon five principles that guide the life of our community:

Tikkun Olam • Repairing the WorldShleimut • Wholeness of Mind, Body & SpiritChavaya Yehudit • Jewish LifeKehillah U’Mishpacha • Community of Friends & FamilyHachnasat Or’chim • Welcoming All

Camp Keff (Keff means fun in Hebrew) is a safe, exciting and transformative experience for children and families. We are an inclusive Jewish community that celebrates diversity. Camp Keff is a community where people of all backgrounds can grow, learn and deepen their connections to one another. Jewish values and the PJCC’s Guiding Principles are celebrated throughout camp through traditions and activities. Campers spend fun-filled days enjoying new experiences, making new friends and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Camp Keff is led by a team of experienced professionals. Our staff members are carefully screened and committed to enriching children’s lives. All of our staff participate in intensive training prior to the camp season. Experienced educators tailor our camp programs and activities to each group’s developmental needs.

Your child’s safety is our first priority; therefore, our camp programs are accredited by the American Camp Association. In addition, we maintain low camper to staff ratios. Preschool and kindergarten campers have a ratio of 6:1, grades 1 – 6 have a ratio of 8:1 and grades 7 – 12 have a ratio of 10:1.

We encourage you to contact us with questions and look forward to welcoming your children to camp!

L’Shalom (In peace), The Camp Keff Directors: Lisa Elliott, Ian Israel, Nicole Shifrin
