Only the students are allowed to use the school transport. The person responsible for meeting all the UM contacts is Mr Serafim Azevedo. Please, pay special attention to the fact that he meets all the children arriving between 10 am and 15.00 ONLY if he has the information from the school office about the arrival of the child. The address and telephone and telephone number for the UM forms are: Ch. Des Chavasses 23 l Case Postale 65 l CH 1885 Chesières / Villars-sur-Ollon Tel: +41(0)24 495 24 53 If you are meeting us at the airport, the meeting will be in front of the Jazz Café, 20 meters on the right hand side of the arrival door at the sign ‘Meeting Point.’ With Parents If you have not yet sent us an email with the information about the arrival, please, do so as soon as possible. Use this email address for the correspondence [email protected] If you are bringing the child to school on the arrival day, please, choose the time between 9 am to 12.00 and 13.30 to 17.30 and let us know. As I am sure you understand, we would like to have 15 min per family on the arrival day. We will do our best to answer all your questions although should you consider that 15min is not enough time, please contact us by email to discuss any questions you may have. We always do our best to meet you as soon as you arrive but I thank you in advance for your patience should you have to wait due to multiple arrivals at the same time.

ü Phone calls and Internet access During the check-in, all devices such as telephones, iPads, iPhones, iPods, or any tablets are to be handed in to the school office. Please make sure that the student's name is on the device as well as the cables, chargers and any other accessories. During the telephone times mentioned below, you will be able to contact your children either on the school line +41 24 495 24 53 or by using the electronic devices (iPads, iPhones, mobile phones, ...). Please make sure to configure the telephones correctly by turning off certain options such as Data Roaming which have additional costs, this is the responsibility of the parents.
