    5. What do I put down for government funding?

    If you have received government funding in the form of student loans please list thisamount in the appropriate cell in the yearly expenses chart. This includes all loan and

    grant funding. If you have received any other scholarships or bursaries, please list this

    in the appropriate cell in the yearly expenses chart. Do not list grant funding received

    from your student loans in the bursaries section.

    applicable shaded cells below with your yearly or monthly amounts as instructed. You

    will only need to fill in the shaded boxes that apply to you. For example, if you are not

    receiving band funding, please leave this cell blank. If you are unsure of the exact

    amount for some items please provide an estimate. Once you have completed this

    form, please name it using the following format: lastname-firstname-document

    (Example: John Smith is uploading a budget. Smith-John-Budget) and include it with

    your document uploads on the second last page of the SU Awards application form on

    Bearsden.

    If you or your spouse are currently employed, please enter the NET income amount,

    which is the amount you take home after taxes are deducted from your pay cheque.

    the amount by the number of months study you are enrolled in and include it in the

    yearly expense section, or, insert a new field in the monthly amount section. For

    example, if you have monthly medical, dental, or optical, expenses you can include this

    in the expense section of the monthly resources chart by specifying the expense under

    "other" and including the amount in the cell next to it. You can also multiply the monthly

    amount by the number of months you are enrolled in and include it next to the

    medical/dental/o tical cell in the earl ex enses chart.
