The color scheme is based off of the original LDA website’s color scheme. Using a royal blue, periwinkle and stark white, the aim is to promote a calming energy. While the invogorating coral and lime shades act like a mood enhancer, stimulating interactivity.

The typographic style is based on LDA Minnesota’s currrent type scheme. Using serif fontography promotes a historical trust, appealing to the parental audience.

The design logo has stayed the same in order to keep consistent with the rest of the websiteUsing the color tem plate presented in the logo, we implemented the other elements.

The overall design was meant to stay consistent with the rest of the site, while adding a few new aspects to the site using the new ADHD section. This would promote a cohesive nature while drawing attention to the ADHD sections of the current website.

We added some changes to the site, including new navigation bars, which were added to the left side (under the picture) and another one to the center section

The Color Palette is based on a Color Study our team created to analyze the affects of color on individuals with LD’s or ADHD. The colors we chose for this template are those that impose a stimulating sensation to the eye and promote visual interactivity and concentration

The typographic style is based on a web-friendly sans-serif font. Using a sans-serif font will promote a youthful energy, appealing to the younger target audience. The use of web-friendly typestyles promotes search-engine compatability, driving traffic to the website.

The overall design was meant to promote invigoration and stimulation. It has been hierarchically composed to substantially organize the interface and promote clear content management visually.

Using the color scheme presented, this option promotes concentration for individuals with learning disabilities. The navigation bar is a portal to clear understand-ing using visual elements to organize the different sections

A mega pop-up menu has been utilized to easily break down the site structure, promoting usability and coherency. This modern feature brings the website up to date.
