Students are expected to always bring a pencil (or pen) and paper to each class. Each student will be given a free student planner on the first day of school. Students are required to bring the planner to all classes. During the school year, the students may have to complete projects that require specific supplies not listed. Please occasionally examine your child’s student planner or Progressbook account for updates. This year students will have two separate classes in order to meet the new English Language Arts Common Core State Standards. Instead of a blocked schedule, the class has been divided into one period of Reading and one period of Grammar and Composition. Donations of tissues or disinfecting wipes are always appreciated. 7 th 8 th Unless specified, the student may use loose leaf paper or spiral notebooks.
