今回は頭部外傷を題材に、実際に論文にする場合にどういう記載になるのか実例で提示していきます。
例)救急外来における頭部外傷
• 救急外来での頭部外傷(転倒)ってほとんど問題になることはないけど、緊急手術になったりするケースはあるんだろうか?

Variables• 今回の研究では、転倒して頭蓋内出血があった患者、出血がなかった患者を比較して、危険因子をさがしていく。

抗凝固薬の有無出血患者は入院時に薬歴聴取され、抗凝固薬を飲んでいれば確実にチェックされる。
出血がない場合、カルテに十分な記載がなく、実は抗凝固薬を飲んでいても記載されない。

– 来院時のトリアージナースが測定したもの?医者が測定したもの?– 来院時には意識清明だったのが来院後悪化した場合はどっち使用?– 受傷 3時間で意識障害が生じる場合、近所で転倒した人は意識清明で来院、車で 3時間の場所で受傷した人は意識障害で来院になるけどいいの?– CT を撮像せずに帰宅して、あとで頭蓋内出血&意識障害で再来院した患者はどういう扱い?最初の受診時は出血ありになるの??
