Unfortunetly, many people use wrong ways when they deal with stress that compound the problem.

Physical activity plays a vital role in reducing stress

to have a more healthy and less stressful life;

-Put on your headphones and go for a walk-Cycle to the grocery-Use stairs at home or work instead of elevator-Play ping-pong

From this point on, you should take your regular exercise to the next level,

like doing continuous and rhythmic activities
