written! by! Roald! Dahl.! This! reading! program! is! designed! for! students! of! 10! and! 11!
years!(last!course!of!the!Primary!School).!

Temporary!Sequence:!
! For! this!storytelling!we!will!use! fifteen!sessions!of! the!English!Language!class,!
once!per!week:!one!for!the!preXtelling,!thirteen!for!the!while!telling!and!the! last!one!
for!the!postXtelling.!This!way,!we!will!work!in!the!first!trimester!of!the!course!(fifteen!

Methodology:!
! The! students’! work! consists! of! reading! at! home,! and! we’ll! work! the! reading!
comprehension! in! class:! two! chapters! the! first! and! second!week! and! three! chapters!
the!third!week.!We!will!use!this!method!for!the!children!will! read!the!whole!book! in!
thirteen!weeks.!!
! In! the! storytelling! children! will! develop! speaking,! writing! and! reading! skills.!
They! will! read! at! home! (taking! some! notes! about! what! they! read),! as! we! said!
previously,! and!we!will!work!on! the!activities!at! class.! This!way,! students!will! talk! in!
class!about!the!chapters!and!do!the!worksheets,!practising!the!three!skills.!!
! During! the! entire! reading! plan! children! have! a! special! notebook! where! they!
have! all! the! programmed! activities.! At! the! end! of! the! plan! every! child! will! have! a!
personal! book! with! the! most! relevant! concepts! of! the! Charlie( and( the( Chocolate(
