calf’s mouth for it to
lick, you know what? I
wanted to try it too!
But the calf refused to
lick my fingers! Why
didn’t it lick my fingers?
On the way home, we
stopped at a fudge
factory, the candies
there were yummy!
Today was a glam-
orous sunny day! We
went for an outing.
We travelled by coach
for 3 hours to the
Ellenborough Falls.
The falls was beautiful,
just like a dream. And
we had lunch there -
we had coke, sand-
wiches and chips.
Then, we headed back
to the coach and set
off to a local dairy
farm.
In the dairy farm, we
saw herds of baby cat-
tle! We had a chance to
see the process of how
to milk a cow using a
machine and we also
played with the calves.
We saw a little boy put-
ting his fingers into a

Before coming to
Australia, I had never
thought about living in
this country. After com-
ing here, I was totally
amazed by the friendli-
ness locals had shown
and the natural scenery
everywhere. Now
I prefer to study in
Australia! My host
family took great
care of us! The
ties of friendship
with many Australians
will last long.

CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
Heritage Christian School is a

Year 12 Christian School

area of Port Macquarie in
New South Wales.
Time flies, today is my
last day in Australia! I
really love this place - the
skies, the air, the nice
people here, everything. I
think this country is full
of love and energy, so I
just don't want to
leave .Before coming to
Australia, I felt worried
and nervous, but when I
met my first homestay
family, they were so
nice to me and they
encouraged me and Tinny
to talk to them more
often. They brought us to
many interesting places.
We were having so much
fun staying with them.
They treated me as if I
was their daughter. They
love me a lot!
about the local culture.
This was my second time
going to Australia, but
this time it was different,
because it was a study
tour and not a
travel tour.
I loved feeding
kangaroos in the
Reptile Park most.
It will be the most
I’m glad that I have
joined this study tour. I
think this tour was
good for me because
we stayed with local
host families and at-
tended school in Aus-
tralia. I got many
chances to speak in
English and learn more
memorable part of all
those happy memories of
my stay. I’ve learnt a lot
of English and communi-
cation skills while staying
with my host familiy.

noon. I saw lots of en-
dangered animals
there, such as
exotic spiders,
turtles, etc. We
fed kangaroos
too! It was really
exciting and fun!
I wish I could have
stayed there for a long-
er time. At night, my
host family brought us to
a concert, it was so
great!
The English lessons
taught by Dr. Felix Elysee
were challenging. We
were taught how to com-
pare the usage of differ-
ent sentences and differ-
ent tenses. I’ve learnt a
lot from the lessons! We
went to the Australian
Reptile Park in the after-
