    responsible for making all decisions. SBSELCStaff are to report to me.

    All Dss families will be reasonable for the full rate charged by SBSELC. Any portion ofthe posted rate that is not covered by DSS will be billed directly to the parent. Thischarge is in addition to any co-payment that may be required. A personizledschuldeuefor DSS familes will be provided at the time of enrollment. PAYMENTWILL NOT BE PRO-RATED FOR ANY REASON!

    Payments are due by the end of the bussineess day on Friday. A $10 late fee willbe applied to any account not paid on Friday.

    Make all checks payable to : Step By Step Early Learning Center;LLCA $30 service fee will be charged for any returned checks.If your check is returned, you will be required to make future payments by cash ormoney order.

    *Due to inflation, childcare costs may go up every year. In event that they do so.You will receive a written notice as to haow and when will this effect you.

    Step By Step ELC will be open at6:30am and close at 6:00pm

    -Upon arrival and departure, parents are required to completethe sign in sheet in the lobby

    -All arrivals and departures are to be made through the mainentrance.

    -Children are to be dropped off between the hours of6:30amand 9:00am; no children will acteped after 9:00am

    *this is important in order to maintain our daily schedule. Ifyour child has to be late or absent due to a doctorsappointment or any other reason, please be respectful, call

    the center and speak with the director to obtain permission tobring the child.

    *if someone other than the parent/guardian picks up a child,thst person must be listed on the childs enrollment from and

    will be asked to show picture I.D. I f the person is not on theenrollment form, they must have a written note from a parentand will be asked to show picture I.D.

    -Children must be picked up by 6:00pm daily. 6:05 is yourgrace period. If not picked up by6:05, you will be charged onedollar for every minute after 6:05pm until 6:15pm. If By 6:15

    your child has not been picked up and I have not made

    contact with you or any emergency contacts, I will notify TheLocal Department of Human Services.

    As a parent, it is your right to know what ishappening during your childs day. Please feel free

    to calland check on your child. You are alsowelcome to eat breakfast, lunch, orsnack with yourchild. A parent/teacher conference may be

    scheduled upon request of the parent or the teacher.

    - I recommend that you dress your child inappropriate play clothes.

    - Shoes must be worn at all times (no flipflopsplease)

    - Proper outer wear for cold weather (hat, gloves,coat)

    Each child will have a space for his/her personalbelongings.

    -All meals and snacks meet USDAnutritional guidelines

    -A monthly menu will be posted andavailable to you upon request

    -Please inform SBSELC of any knownfood allergy your child may have

    We do not encourage bringing food from home. I f you chose to doso, it must be sealed and clearly labeled with the chils full name and

    the date. Any unused portion will be returnred to the parent ordiscarded at the end of the day.

    TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY

    REFRESHMENTS. PLEASE GIVE THE

    CENTER DIRECTOR WRITTEN NOTICE ONE

    WEEK IN ADVANCE.

    FIELD TRIPSTHERE WILL BE NO FIELD TRIPS AT THIS

    TIME.

    SWIMMINGTHERE WILL BE NO SWIMMING AT SBSELC.

    Termination PolicyA PARENTAL CONTRACT MAY BE TERMINATED FOR THEFOLLOWING BUT NOT TO LIMITED TO:Behavior:Step By Step Early Learning Center reserves the right to terminate acontract if a child or parents behavior becomes disrespectful oruncontrollable to where it may be detrimental to rhe quality of the center,staff and other childern
