    INTRODUCTION

    Stellar IT Park has been built by the Stellar Group, which over the last 10 years has diversified interests in Real Estate ,

    Construction , setting up Software Technology Parks , Information Technology, and Hospitality and Entertainment,.

    The Stellar IT park is a two tower setup, with built up area of 600,000 sq ft available as integrated office space and about

    300,000 sq ft developed as a double basement.

    BUILDING DESIGN:

    Tower I is a double basement+ stilt floor + ground+8 structure.

    The floor to ceiling height is 3.8m.

    TowerII is a double basement+ ground+6 structure.

    The floor to ceiling height is 4.2m on ground and first floor and 3.8n other floors .

    PLANNING AT SITE LEVEL The whole complex comprises of two different building units tower-1 & tower-11 respectively having office space and

    administrative facilities in both the two. With all the basic amenities like banks, restaurant, cafe & atm facilities

    The total area of tower-1 is 51,465 sq ft and the area of tower-11 is 2,162 sq ft.

    Parking is divided into two parts, basement parking & surface parking

    Entry to basement parking is given on the back side

    Building is surrounded by paved area on all sides. This paved area is used for vehicular movement and surface parking

    in the campus

    GREEN BUILDING CONCEPT

    Provision of storm water disposal

    Rain water harvesting

    Recycling and re use pf water, solid waste the complex is provided with underground and over

    head water storage tanks (fire water tank, raw water tank, domestic water tank, soft water

    tank etc.) energy saving measures

    The units mostly oriented face north-south direction, so as to minimize the heat gain

    Use of cfl in basement and common areas.

    Dg set shall be plc controlled to optimize their usage based on the actual load requirement.

    Solar lighting is provided for open spaces and for hot water supply to kitchen.

    INFRENCES The site complex follows a simple and convenient planning.

    Ample space has been designed for parking both for the office staff as well as for the visitors.

    A multi cuisine food court not only provides relaxation and interaction but also saves space for

    own canteen & pantry.
