Home work: Tell children listen attentively to the parents, siblings, other members and visitors at home. Encourage them to talk about the stories, rhymes and activities done in the class. On-going Assessment: Observe children’s responses and participation in all the activities over a period of one month and keep noting down observations briefly in a diary. Then analyze your observations as how many children always listened attentively to teacher and their friends in different activities. Tick (√ )in the checklist against their names. Put dot in the boxes of the students who were not so attentive. Give them more time, attention and opportunities. Observe their performance for another month and analyze. Tick (√) assessment along with dot if they did well in second time. If not, give more time and opportunities. In case any child is not picking up in any one of the learning point until the end of term put X and help him learn in next term. Please ensure that by the end of the term in August each child achieves the goals in Always, Usually or Sometimes categories.
