PRMS FOR LNG PLANT
Pegoraro Gas Technologies ha realizzato un impianto di filtraggio, riduzione e misura gas metano
gassoso alimentato da una centrale di trattamento LNG: questa soluzione rappresenta una tra le
prime installazioni in Italia.
L’impianto di trattamento LNG prevede un serbatoio criogenico avente capacità di 100 mc a
-160°C ed un sistema di scambiatori atmosferici.
La gestione dell’impianto prevede che la centrale sia rifornita settimanalmente da una
autocisterna carica di LNG.
Il fluido viene stoccato all’interno del serbatoio criogenico: tramite un sistema di scambiatori
atmosferici, il gas metano passa in modo naturale dallo stato liquido di LNG allo stato gassoso per
essere immesso in rete di utilizzo.
La pressione del gas metano generato dalla centrale di stoccaggio dell'LNG viene infine ridotta da
un impianto di filtraggio/riduzione e misura.
Tramite PLC, l’utente controlla da remoto tutti i parametri del sistema.

Pegoraro Gas Technologies has realized a gas pressure filtering, reducing and metering station
powered by LNG treatment plant: this solution is one of the first installation in Italy.
LNG treatment plant is composed by a cryogenic tank with capacity of 100 cubic meters at -160°C
and a atmospheric heat exchangers system.
The plant is supplied and filled weekly by a trailer loaded with LNG.
The fluid is stored into the cryogenic tank: through the atmospheric heat exchangers system, the
gas passes naturally from LNG liquid state to gaseous state, ready to be injected into the gas
network.
The pressure of the gas at the gaseous state coming from LNG treatment plant is reduced by a gas
pressure filtering, reducing and metering station.
The end-user monitors all the parameters (flow, pressure, measure, heating) by PLC.
