Startup Launch Strategy Development and Execution

It’s always good to be your own boss. To not to ask anyone if you do not want to

work today, and just take a day off, isn’t it? And having your own business,

howsoever small it may be, would definitely give you this freedom. And that is

exactly what a lot of us, if not most; have in our mind while thinking of starting

our own venture.

Let’s agree on one aspect here. This lot of people is seldom successful. Having a

Startup of your own is the biggest challenge and the one facet that it most

definitely has is, it would not let you psychologically rest until you did all that

was on your laundry list, and then when you go to sleep, it would keep you awake

thinking of what next is to be done.

There is a reason why ideas are ‘conceived’. Because like babies, they have to be

raised from infancy, needed to be fed, nourished, taken care of, nursed back to

health if ill and it makes you feel proud when they grow up to be a fine strong and

successful person.

probable that we invest a large sum of money to venture into a market that is

geographically distant, at such an early stage of the business. May be we can

think of Online services, that has potential to tap into markets far away, giving us

scope of investing only if there is a potential customer there, willing to pay us if

we go out there.

face numerous such issues and each issue would have more than one solution to
