At this gathering, one of the matters for assessment was encouraging the Jockey Club owners during these rough monetary conditions by altering the yearly Maintenance Fees billing to Quarterly payments. The vote was unanimous in favor of quarterly expenditures. You may continue to pay the entire price if you so want or disburse quarterly. The first quarterly check will be due on January 1st, 2011, the second - April 1st, 2011, the third - July 1st, 2011 and the fourth and final for the year, October 1st, 2011. Once Jockey Club owners park on the level 3B, you will enjoy taking one of the two Jockey Club selected and named elevators to the 1st floor or 2nd floor (established on the north wall of the structure). You may then take the elevator up to the ground floor of the Jockey Club, progress to the main lobby to the Resort Desk for check-in and to see all of your Jockey Club good friends as we are here waiting for you. Please note: There are some small design projects that have to take place coming from the parking structure elevators leading to the main receiving area of the Jockey Club that will be concluded in the near future.
