Shunan Works

Nisshin Steel Co.,Ltd is an integrated steel manufacturer in Japan. Our products range

from ordinary steel to special steel, surface-treated products, stainless steel and welded

pipes and tubes. In 1958, we became the first Japanese producer of cold-rolled stainless

steel sheets in coil at Shunan Works and since then we have helped to make stainless

steel a material commonly used in the manufacturing of consumer durables both in Japan

and overseas.

Nisshin Steel has received wide acclaim as a supplier of cold-rolled sheets and strips and

hot bands of excellent quality. To meet the diversifying needs of our customers, we have

developed special types and grades of steel, including surface-treated products.

We are working to satisfy our customer's needs by providing a line of better products and

the quality of which is achieved through our use of advanced production facilities.

The following is an introduction to our stainless steel products, their applications and

other relevant information.

Types of Protective Coatings

Packaging

Characteristics of protective coatings vary with storage and use environments. So the protective coated products should be

stored in places well ventilated and protected from direct sunlight at temperatures lower than 30。C. Please use products with

protective coating SPV 224 within one year of delivery and products with other coatings within three months of delivery.

Products other than shown above are available to order.

Thickness(μm)

Characteristics Uses

SPV 205 130 Little adhesive remains. Apt for simple bend forming, but not for deep drawing and roll forming. Building material

Stainless steel best offers its features when it is suitable for the use

purposes, design and forming conditions.

To select the type of stainless steel meeting your specific

requirements, include in your order as detailed information on

the following items as possible.

1. Steel type, finish and dimensions

2. Use and forming method

3. Specification requirements: thickness, width, length

tolerances and packaging unit weight (coil inner diameter)

4. Quantity and time of delivery
