Our main mission is our collaborators welfare. P.W.W.P. designed by the personnel of the Administrative Area of the Miralto Restaurant is based on a postulate that intends to always bring Higher Fringe benefits than the ones in Mexico to improve their quality of life based on 3 key aspects which are at the same time based or substantiated on “discipline”. These 3 aspects involve focused minds, balanced emotions and a healthy body. It is divided into three stages: Recruitment, working life in the Latin Tower and after leaving the Latin American Tower. Section B- Staffing Category 1. P.W.W.P. strategy applied to the Latin American Tower Personnel Higher Fringe benefits than the existing ones surpass the requirements set forth under the Federal Labour Act, for the Restaurant Miralto employees which fall in line with the fore-mentioned categories -FOCUSED MINDS. (Yellow colour represents intelligence) -BALANCED EMOTIONS. (Red colour represent the heart) -A HEALTHY BODY. (Turqoise colour represents water as a source of life)

P.W.W.P is our Comprehensive programme par excellence implemented 5 years ago for The Miralto Restaurante employees and Nivel 40 Sky Bar, having improvements and contributions for the creation of new fringe benefits every year. We decided to name it Staffing Awards since we have seen results reflected on commitment of personnel and the motivation of the members while working in a labour environment in which we are concerned about their welfare making the company grow. Each stage has strategic actions. Stage 1 Recruitment On this stage we select new people and future talent. Stage 2 Working life in the Latin Tower We work with the personal emotional, mental and physical balance of the collaborators to achieve as a result higher level achievements than other enterprises by having our personnel concentrated, well trained, healthy and happy. Stage 3 After leaving the Latin American Tower. Our main objective is to form personal values such as intelligence, positiveness, bilingualism, training and integrity to be followed even when leaving the company. Since we think that helping others we can stand out as individuals, enterprise, country and planet. A monthly evaluation is made based on attendance and punctuality figures, job performance, clients satisfaction surveys, sales goals achieved, number of guests sold products and profits with excellent results. This programme is focused on the whole personnel and the creators (the administrative area) are continually working on improvements. We considered it worth of a nomination because it was created under a humanistic philosophy.

2.-Improvement delivered to staff and clients of our business Employees, colleagues, suppliers and partners know our mission, and have become involved to support us. We call this “Value Chain”.What’s most interesting is that without economic investment , exchanges, strategies, alliances and profits between enterprises have been achieved.

“The small details make the difference in people” Details of what has been achieved as a result of the actions. Stage 1 Recruitment a).-Detailed handwriting analysis added to psychometric tests conducted have given us a filter to hire people with a positive attitude open to change and suitable for employment. We promote our programme via the recruitment (employment) agency published on our web page and potential employees are eager to work with us. How the individual has excelled in his role Stage 2 Working life in the Latin Tower a).- We teach personnel to discover and develop their skills and their talent, give training to our new employees with a 21-day strategic plan to apply their own personal and working goals in order to create a work discipline that generates value for both parties and learn from each by setting a goal that motivates and challenges them while managers and workmates give an input into their job. b).- Following the 21 days and once personal results are achieved full training is given to apply our high standards of quality and service in their position; our ears and mind are open to alternative suggestions to drive improvements in all areas. People become aware that with discipline and teamwork they can perform their duties better and therefore have a higher income. (better tips) c).-We have weekly new and refresher training given by suppliers, managers, employees or colleagues. Training is also given in other states of the Mexican Republic. d).-We promote the integration of all positions with the company directors holding weekly meetings to measure targets and create new ones, know the customer needs and collaborators and verify our work plans. “In the Latin Tower all positions are of equal importance, they only take different roles to drive for excellence in all areas”. e).- Positions carry career expectations and ascend the job ladder based on results, therefore we set up a “Quarterly employment growth day” where the candidates run (stand for) a change of position. f).-Our collaborators propose new fringe benefits in our Annual Day and the directors take them into consideration to select the best and add them to the existing ones. g)People are aware of the importance of caring about their job. (No reinstatement when quitting). Stage 3 After leaving the Latin Tower When working in our Enterprise people’s mindsets change, they become happy and productive and self-confident. Being aware of their strengths they develop positively anywhere. Professional Contribution (Achivement) A comparative analysis showed Mexican Law benefits and their salary (listed in the key aspects) are less than ours. -Holidays, holiday bonus, an annual 15 day Christmas bonus, Health Insurance and Sunday premiun for housing. DISCIPLINE IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE, ONCE IT IS ACHIEVED SUCCESS WILL COME.

Indicators in our key aspects for goals achievemnt . 1.—Unconditional support for the personnel at all times. 2.—Continuing Evaluation, training and integration activities for positions with personnel under their management. All managers should generate trust in their work team . 3.—Evaluation of individuals performance with measurable aspects . 4.—Evaluation of cost-benefit in the application of the programme for the increase of fringe benefits has never been considered an expense but a priceless investment. Benefited for chain of values mainly for the stakeholders Our policy is to benefit every individual related, for instance, collaborators, partners, suppliers, colleagues, and clients always giving and taking what is expected based on their role. Since 2018 the investors have received dividends derived from the annual profits. How the efforts have achieved outcomes beyond what was expected. The chain starts with the company directors accepting implementation of the P.W.W.P., trusting the administrative area that created this work model for the personnel using it and showing commitment and great enthusiasm to use it and as a result being successful in this area. It started spreading and creating expectations when making them aware that the benefited individual will eventually be the collaborator. After setting a working and life goal, the collaborator became aware that it brought a change and benefit in a short time motivating the personnel to get training according to the program. We are an example of an enterprise who thinks that success is based on the satisfaction and welfare of our collaborators.

We created a detailed programme based on the enhancement of the individuals’ lives thus having immediate results.

How challenges faced were overcome

The most difficult task is to generate discipline and trust to the personnel.

-Individuals make an effort because they know that they will get a benefit, but they do not achieve this by themselves at the beginning, the area managers must monitor everyone’s work.

-We avoid getting involved in negative things and focus on being and making better individuals. -We focus more on individuals not being able to achieve their goals and help them to reach objectives. -We give training to the area managers to find solutions instead of focusing on the mistakes -The managers wanting immediate results is not possible, success is achieved step by step and with empathy. Success is going through failure after failure without losing enthusiasm. (Winston Churchill) -We are a Program that works with what most companies have set aside, THE WELFARE OF THE SOUL OF THE COMPANY, THE COLLABORATORS. How to overcome challenges and be successful Our main objective is welfare. Through the education provided in our country we are never taught to work on our physical and psychological welfare, this being the most important one in order to achieve a full and balanced life to get results in our job. With the P.W.W.P. we teach them that in order to give positive results we should start being better individuals fostering coexistence in our families and the personnel in our enterprise.
