Today, Grünau is part of a rapidly growing city. Time for a new concept, which describes the major issues for Grünau for the next 15 years and replaces the development strategy from 2007. This new concept is available now in form of the In-tegrated Urban District Development Concept Grünau 2030 („STEK“). With it, the City Administration together with local stakeholders have defined the most important fields of action, goals and measures.

Chanchengleichheit und Beteiligung

Die Entwicklungsperspektiven von Grünau hängen nicht unwesentlich von der Integrationskraft, Offenheit und stärkeren Durchmischung des Stadtteils ab. Als eine Voraussetzung hierfür sollen allen Bevölkerungs-gruppen möglichst gleiche Chan-cen eingeräumt sowie deren Beteili-gung im Stadtteil ermöglicht werden.

Daneben gilt es, die Entwicklungenim Stadtteil mit einer positiven Öf-fentlichkeitsarbeit und fachübergrei-fenden Managementstrukturen im Rahmen integrierter Stadtteilarbeit zu begleiten und zu einer positiven Innen- und Außenwahrnehmung des Stadtteils beizutragen.
