Dear Parents/ Guardians /Students,

Greetings of the season!

REBOOT SCHOOL: After a year and a half away from regular school owing to the

pandemic, it is hard to get back into the earlier study routine. It’s definitely

difficult to begin day long classes, so students need to find the motivation within

themselves to resume their studies as before.

Students, Welcome back to school for the Offline school session from Monday

3rd January 2022! We know that all students are waiting to come back to school.

School Timing:

CLASS TIMING MONTESSORI 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. NURSERY & JR K.G. 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. SR K.G. to CLASS VII 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CLASS VIII to X 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Mon to Fri)

School buses will ply at 12:30 p.m for classes Montessori to Std. VII. Students from Pre-primary to Class VII will have a short break and Students of Class VIII to X will have a short break and a lunch break. They need to carry their own water bottle, sanitizer and the mask is compulsory. Students of each class will be divided into two groups and they will attend offline classes on alternate days in the school. In case a parent is not ready to send their ward to school, One section of every class will be logged in while the teacher takes the class. Online students will not have interaction session and the timetable will be of Offline class. The Timetable and meeting ID will be sent in the school mobile app parent connect. Parent Consent form is enclosed, kindly fill the same and students need to submit it to their class teacher before 6th January 2022.

SCHOOL TRANSPORT:- Registration for the school transport for Pre-Primary to Class VIII will be open from Monday, 6th December 2021 to Friday, 10th December 2021 at

the school office between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Kindly pay one month school bus

fees to register and collect the bus pass.

December 2021, as the school will be starting from 3rd January 2022.

CONSENT FORM FOR SENDING MY CHILD TO SCHOOL

I, the parent of ________________________________ Class _______ Sec. ____ understand that sending

my child to school is completely at the discretion of the parents. I agree and accept the fact that St. Francis

School ICSE, Koramangala, Bengaluru, has taken all possible measures to provide a safe and secure

community to its students, staff and visitors. However, since it is practically not possible for the school to

prevent all risks of infection, I, in all my conscience, willingly give the following consent –

I understand that I am free either to send or not to send my child to school.

By submitting this Consent Form, I am agreeing to send my child to school voluntarily.

In case of symptoms of COVID-19 surfacing in my child, I shall take him/her away from the school

immediately and I shall send him/her back to school again only when he/she completely recovers

from COVID-19 or its Variant. I understand and accept the fact that I shall have to submit an RTPCR

negative COVID-19 test report to the school when my child joins back to school.

I accept full responsibility for familiarizing myself with the most recent updates and complying with

the same at all times while on the school premises.

I understand and acknowledge that my ward will have to carry every day to school a mask (an

additional extra if one gets lost or soiled) and sanitizer.

I will ensure that my child follows all hygiene norms and health related guidelines of the school at

all times.

I understand and consent to submit and comply with any testing; health monitoring and contact

tracing protocol that the school has determined/may determine in future which is prudent to

maintain a safe campus environment.

I understand and acknowledge that given the unknown nature of COVID-19 and its Variant, it is not

possible to fully list each and every individual risk of contracting COVID-19. Hence, I shall not hold

the school responsible in case my child gets infected by it in future.

I understand that the school will take reasonable measures to ensure the confidential and private

nature of the testing and health monitoring information it may obtain from students; however, the

school may share such information with certain public health officials/local administration with a

legitimate need to know this information.

I accept full responsibility for bearing all medical and hospital expenses and any other related

expenses resulting from my child getting the infection.
