The information that was requested is contained in the table entitled “Review Area: CET6 – Wilmoton page two of the attachment. The total projected new units for Wilmot in the study is 3,680 which will drive an estimated 259 students. This estimated need for accommodation is what will form the basis for our capital request for a new school when draft plans of subdivision are approved. Ameresco has advised that the number of units projected to be built by year came from the Township’s Development Charges study. 2) Utilization Rates of Similar School Boards Attached is a spreadsheet showing the utilization rates for Niagara Catholic DSB, Hamilton- Wentworth Catholic DSB, Durham Catholic DSB, and London District Catholic DSB.
