    friends, you're best bet is to find a place of

    your own where you can think.

    Avoid the mass hysteria at the distractioncenters and flee from people wanting to

    borrow your notes or disturb you.

    Don't chase an old testDon't chase an old test.. Don't spend the

    entire night before trying to run down a

    copy of last year's exam.

    Even if you do find one, you'll most likely

    be very disappointed to find that it has little

    resemblance to this year's test.

    you did horribly, worrying about itafterwards will not change a thing; it mayhowever, impact how you do on your otherfinals. Keep your head up and move on tothe next exam. Though you were well

    prepared for this exam and you did poorlyand if you are going to received 30%(marks) and even then the examinercannot decided to fail you in the final, your

    score could still be a better next paper.

    to do better overall in the subjects you like.

    Healthy snacks like fruits and veggies arerecommended as stress reducers. Avoidfoods with high sugars, grease, junk foodsand carbonated drinks as they canaggravate your stressful condition!
