Segunda Semana: Nametag Description & Rubric Nombre: Clase: Mi Nombre en Español Description: It’s the second week of school! In order for your profesora and compañeros to get to know you and your Spanish names better, you have been asked to create a name tent card on the paper provided by your profesora. You are encouraged to be creative and have fun, but there are a few guidelines that you will need to follow. Also, be prepared to share your final product with la clase. Guidelines: 1. Fold your paper in half lengthwise, or “hot dog” style. KEEP FOLDED. 2. With the fold at the top of your paper, write the Spanish question ¿Cómo te llamas? 3. Decorate the four corners with at least four pictures that represent you: your likes, personality, favorites, etc. Remember to keep your pictures SCHOOL appropriate. 4. Open the flap and in the bottom inside portion write your SPANISH name. Be sure to spell it correctly (including accent marks!) and write it BIG enough to be seen throughout the room. 5. Again, decorate the four corners with at least four pictures that represent you: your likes, personality, favorites, etc. Do not repeat pictures from the other side. 6. Close the flap so that the question ¿Cómo te llamas? is visible again. On the back of where the question is written write the response to the question, Me llamo… Follow the example shown in class. 7. Refer to the provided rubric as you work so that you can be sure to earn all possible points.
