A – We recommend 1 Spire netbook, laptop, iPad, or PC for every 100 guests attending the event.

A- No, because the Spire Portal can be accessed anywhere there is an open WIFI connection there is no need to purchase any additional equipment. Spire Payment Solutions provides the necessary payment processing equipment complete with a pre-configured card reader and an internet /WIFI enabled netbook, 10 key, mouse, and all the necessary cables should you choose “Spire’s Complete Solution”.

Q – We have our own event management software, can we continue to use it?
