I chose this exemplar because it helped further my experience into the field of

engineering and I believe I did very well for my first time doing this type of project. Over a

marking period we learned the engineering process through multiple Power Points and how to

use CA technology with multiple trips to the computer lab. !e were assigned to design a car

that would go as fast as possible and we ended up being one of the fastest in the class. I enjoyed

doing this activity because it involved a lot of mathematics and creative thinking. "oth of these

subjects I enjoy due to the ability to solve problems and to make something cool and interesting

out of nothing. #his project helped me find out exactly what an engineer does and how he goes

from having the idea for a product and actually creating the product. #his project was interesting

and fun to do and it helped me further my process into becoming an engineer in the future.
