Branding with our LogoThe graphic below shows the Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools logo. This logo may be used by schools in any printed materials, communications or social media to identify their participation.

Color: Black and Red (Pantone 186 or CMYK 0/100/100/0)

School logo customizationSchools may request a customized logo with their school name. If you would like to request a customized school logo for your Unified Club, please contact: [email protected].

Example:

Social MediaFacebook, Twitter or InstagramSchools who start a Facebook (FB) page, Twitter or Instagram page for their Unified school team are encouraged to use a title that promotes their Unified Sports program.

Page title: School Name + Special Olympics Unified Club or School Name + Special Olympics Unified Sports

(Example: “Caesar Rodney HS - Special Olympics Unified Club” or “Caesar Rodney HS - Special Olympics Unified Sports”)

HashtagsUse #SOUnified or #PlayUnified when sharing news and events related to your Unified School Program. This helps Special Olympics North America to easily spot the great stories to share with the rest of our global movement.

Language Guidelines:

To be consistent, please make every effort to use “Special Olympics” upon first reference when communicating about Unified Sports, Unified Champion Schools or Unified Club when speaking about your school’s involvement in the Special Olympics Unified Sports program.

Example:CORRECT: Smyrna High School competed in Special Olympics Unified flag football this past year. INCORRECT: Smyrna High School competed in Unified flag football this year.

Special Olympics Unified Sports® and DIAASpecial Olympics Delaware (SODE) and the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) have partnered to promote interscholastic Unified Sports® in high schools. Through this partnership, high school students with and without disabilities train and compete on the same team in the Unified Sports® division that is recognized by the DIAA.

For those schools participating in interscholastic Unified Sports, the graphics below show the Special Olympics/DIAA logo:

Either of these logos may be used by schools in any printed materials, communications or social media - and/or in team apparel - to identify schools’ participation in Unified Sports® at the interscholastic level.
