SACE Improvement 2016This year, in an attempt to increase our SACE completion for our Year 12 students we areimplementing several new initiatives. These will include:

• An improved student tracking and monitoring system

• Due and Draft date advertising in Senior Study

• Improved student case management by the Senior School team

• SEQTA support and access for sta ff , students and parents

Certi

cate of Education. This achievement has seen all ve added to an ATSI honour roll at Reynella East College.

Well done to Bailey Sowter, Courtney Evans, Michael Williams, Tamara Collinsonand Dylan Hewlett for working hard, overcoming hurdles and completing year 12SACE. These students were assisted though funding from the Aboriginal ProgramAssistance Scheme (APAS) and tutored by Christa Balfour and Amy Bennett.

Successfull VET Transitions 2015

Seven students are continuing their School Based Apprenticeships in a range ofindustry areas including: Hospitality, Hairdressing, Sports Administration, Electricaland Carpentry.

Eight students secured apprenticeships in a range of areas including Construction,Plumbing, Electrical and Hospitality.

Two students completed their school based apprenticeship to become employedas a Baker and as a Bank o ffi cer.
