2.5 Pursuant to Clauses 61(2)(d) of Schedule 2 ‘Deemed Provisions’, Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) 2015 DETERMINES that development approval is not required for an existing Restaurant, Shop, Local Shop or Market to be used for a Take Away Food Outlet or Take Away Food Outlet (drive through) for a period of 6 months from the date of this resolution.
