Age not above 52 years on the date of Notification. 6. The tenure will be minimum of 3 years and maximum 8 years. 7. Volunteers should have good training capacity, good academic background, practical experience in teaching and capacity to prep a re course material. Also should be good communicator, sensitive to the need of people, resilient, open minded, perceptive, honest, committed and motivated . 8. Employees who had previously worked as Instructor at ZRTI/MLY are eligible to apply only after a gap of one year from the date of repa t riation to their parent department. 9. Lien of selected employees will be maintained in their parent department. 10. Instructor selected in the same grade are not allowed for additional increment, but are allowed Training Allowance wherever admissible. 11. The employee posted as Instructor will be repatriated to his parent Division at least six months prior to his/her date of supera / ::;" (S.C.No.212/98).

1. It is proposed to fill up TWO (02) posts of Instructor (Commercial) Ex-cadre in PB - 2 Rs. 9300-34800 with G.P Rs.4600/-at ZRTI/MLY on tenure basis as detailed below:

12. Staff selected as Instructor will be repatriated to their parenL cadre in case the performance is not satisfactory as evaluated by CTM(C;) /Training Manager or Principal of ZRTI during the period of thier working at ZRTI irrespective of the tenure period rendered.

Eligibility for empanelment The final panel will be dra\vn up in order of merit based on aggregate marks of 'Professional Ability' and 'Record of Service'. However, a candidate must secure a minimum of 60% marks in 'Professional Ability' and 60CYo marks in the aggregate, for being placed on the panel. There will be no classification of candidates as 'Ou tstanding'.

Supplementary SelectioI! Since the selection is conducted by calling for vollUl.ntteers, no supplementary written examination will be held under any circumstances.

14. Applications are invited in the format enclosed as Annexure-I from the eligible volunteers of Commercial Department (Other than Ministerial staff) as per the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Board.

15 . The prescribed syllabus is enclosed as Annexure II. Question Bank will be placed on S.C. Railway Web site.

16. The applications should be routed through the controlling officers to the respective Personnel Officers at HQrs/ Division/Unit level on or 20 .0 5.2015.

No application will be entertained strictly after last date, irrespective of reason of delay.

Sr. DPO / DPOs are requested to forward all such applications received in one bunch duly certifying the service particulars to reach SPO/T, CPO/O/SC by 29.05.2015, through a special messenger.

Applications received from the employees directly at C PO's Office without certification by the concerned Personnel officers will bc rejected.
