Por qué control?Why control?

Según el IDAE, Instituto para la Diversificación y Ahorro de Energía: Un control de alumbrado bien concebido, puede aho rrar energía en dos sentidos:• Haciendo buen uso de la luz

natural, para reducir los nive-les de la luz artificial cuando sea posible.

• Apagando el alumbrado ar-tificial cuando el espa cio a iluminar no esté ocupado.

Desde el departamento de Sistemas de Control de Prilux, te ayudamos a desarrollar una estrategia de control de iluminación adaptada a tus necesidades y te acompañamos en las diferentes fases del desarrollo del proyecto: planificación, instalación y gestión.

Implementamos sistemas de control orientados a diferentes áreas de aplicación. Realizamos un minucioso estudio de las zonas a iluminar teniendo en cuenta el aporte de luz natural, horarios detectores de presencia y fotosensores, colorímetro, para encontrar el equilibrio entre el máximo rendimiento y el mínimo consumo energético.

From the department of Control Systems at Prilux, we help you to develop a lighting control strategy adapted to your necessities and we guide you through the different development stages of the project: planning, installation and management.

We implement control systems aimed at the different areas of application. We carry out a thorough study of the areas to be illuminated, taking into account the input of natural light and schedules, and introducing presence detectors, photo sensors and colorimeters in order to establish a balance between maximum performance and minimum energy consumption.

La iluminación de las aulas se activa solamente si no hay suficiente luz natural, gracias a los multisensores, de movimiento y luminosidad, instalados cuidadosamente en el techo. Durante el uso del videoproyector las luminarias próximas a la pantalla se desconectan y el resto se atenúa resultando un entorno cómodo al no estar el espacio a oscuras.Los pasillos permanecen a un nivel mínimo cuando no hay aporte de luz ni presencia y

únicamente se activan, de manera suave, cuando se produce el acceso a ellos. Un funcionamiento eficaz que contribuye generosamente al ahorro.Adaptación de la temperatura de color de las luminarias con tecnología HCL para acompañar los ritmos circadianos y favorecer la concentración y los ciclos biológicos naturales.

The lighting of classrooms is only activated when the natural light input is insufficient, thanks to the movement and luminosity multisensors, carefully placed in the ceiling. When using the video projector, the luminaires next to the screen are disconnected and the rest dimmed, resulting in a comfortable atmosphere since the room is not completely dark.The corridors remain at a minimum level when there is no light input or no presence is

detected and luminaires are only activated, in a soft manner, when this situation changes. An effective performance which considerably contributes to saving.Adaptation of the colour temperature of the luminaires with HCL technology in order to favour circadian rhythms, as well as concentration and the natural biological cycles.

Además implementaremos la funcionalidad de compensación al factor de mantenimiento reduciendo el flujo emitido al inicio de la vida útil de las luminarias para ir incrementándolo de manera progresiva para de esta manera optimizar el uso de la energía y favorecer la homogeneidad de luz emitida por la instalación.

Junto con luminarias con cambio de temperatura de color además podemos emular los ciclos naturales de la luz y de este modo favorecer una buena salud física y mental, prevenir el estrés y mejorar el rendimiento intelectual.

Control system based on the DALI digital protocol for centralised operation. Las instalaciones sanitarias suelen estar relacionadas con enfermedades y situaciones no muy agradables, es para ello que los sistemas de control tienen un papel fundamental para convertir esos momentos agradables en otros de confort para el usuario. Además los sistemas de control y esas escenas también pueden tener un papel de peso en los trabajadores de esas instalaciones.

El papel de la luz natural reproducida a partir de tonalidades de blancos fríos y cálidos o incluso reproducción de colores, en las distintas estancias hace que los sistemas de control de alumbrado tomen una gran importancia.

Health facilities are usually connected to illness and unpleasant situations. It is in these moments when control systems play an essential role, transforming these situations into a more comfortable one for the user. Además, sabemos que en la industria uno de los factores más importantes es la iluminación y más importante es el cómo se adapta esa iluminación a las necesidades de cada momento.

Los sistemas de control nos permiten adaptar de forma dinámica en el tiempo las distintas zonas (espacios de trabajo, zonas de paso, zonas comunes, …) a sus necesidades. Cada vez la maquinaria de la industria está más modernizada y hace que los espacios que en un principio eran destinados a un fin ahora puedan solucionar otro tipo de necesidades, y es para esa adaptación que aprovechamos el dinamismo de la configuración de la iluminación.

Consumption reduction and sustainability are two essential elements concerning the installation of lighting control systems for the industry. Moreover, we know that one of the most important factors in industry is illumination, and even more important how this lighting adapts to the necessities of each moment.

Control systems allow us to adapt in a dynamic way through time the different areas (work areas, transit areas, common areas…) to their necessities. Industrial machinery is being constantly updated in a way in which spaces initially intended for a specific purpose can now meet new necessities, and it is within this adaptation that we take advantage of the dynamism of lighting solutions.

En los parkings nos encontramos con períodos de uso puntuales en los que es necesario el funcionamiento de un buen número de luminarias dado que suelen ser grandes superficies y por otro lado hay largos períodos de uso intermitente y bajo. Normalmente en los parkings las luminarias se dejan funcionando las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana que en muchos momentos es innecesario, lo que provoca elevados gastos en energía y mantenimiento que a menudo son innecesarios al no haber ocupación.

Nuestra propuesta pasa por utilizar un sistema de control de iluminación junto a luminarias regulables para activar la iluminación solamente cuando es necesaria, solamente cuando se detecta el movimiento de personas o vehículos pasando a reducir el flujo y por tanto el consumo al mínimo en el resto de periodos en los que no hay actividad en el recinto.

Además, aprovechando las tecnologías de comunicación actuales, podemos llevar a cabo tanto la gestión como la monitorización de la instalación de múltiples recintos desde una plataforma web para optimizar el funcionamiento, llevar a cabo un mantenimiento preventivo y generar alertas automáticas en caso de que ocurra alguna incidencia tanto con la iluminación general como con el alumbrado de emergencia.

In car parks there are specific moments when a high number of active luminaires is needed, given the large areas to be covered and, on the other hand, there are long periods of intermittent or low use. It is common that the luminaires in car parks remain switched on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, resulting in unnecessary energy and maintenance expenses due to the lack of clients.

Our proposal is based on the use of a lighting control system together with dimmable luminaires in order to activate illumination only when needed, when movement (of cars or people) is detected, thus reducing flow and consumption to the minimum in periods with no activity in the facility.

In addition, taking advantage of the current communication technologies, both management and monitoring of the system can be controlled in several facilities at the same time from a single web platform in order to optimise adjustment, carry out preventive maintenance and provide automatic alerts in case of contingencies, both with general illumination or emergency lighting.

Al detectar presencia en algún punto todas las luminarias de la zonas pasan de un nivel de cortesía al 100% par facilitar el acceso al vehículo. Cuando vamos recorriendo la instalación la luz se anticipa a nuestra llegada y se activa mientras que suavemente las luminarias que dejamos atrás vuelven al nivel de cortesía.

A este conjunto de variaciones periódicas se le conoce como “CICLO CIRCADIANO” y tiene comienzo en los ojos donde se encuentran unos fotoreceptores que se activan con la luz enviando un estímulo al núcleo supraquiasmático, relacionado con la producción de melatonina (hormona del sueño) que gestiona la respuesta de las células a la luz permitiendo regular su metabolismo. El cuerpo interpreta la temperatura de color de la luz existente identificando la predominancia de luces azules con el periodo diurno (activación) y las luces rojas con el amanecer y atardecer (despertar y desactivación respectivamente) lo que permite dormir por la noche y estar despierto por el día.

This series of periodic variations is known as the “CIRCADIAN CYCLE” and begins in the eyes where we have photoreceptors that activate with light, sending a stimulus to the suprachiasmatic nucleus, related with the production of melatonin (sleep hormone), which manages cell response to light, enabling the regulation of their metabolism. The body interprets the temperature of light colour, identifying the predominance of blue lights during daylight hours (activation) and red lights at dawn and dusk (wakening and deactivation, respectively), enabling us to sleep at night and be awake during the day.

La solución se ofrece en dos modalidad es: Telegestión en cabecera de cuadro eléctrico (cuadro de mando) y Telegestión punto a punto, compatibles con lámparas tradicionales (halogenuro, vapor de sodio, vapor de mercurio...) y con lámparas LED. En la modalidad Punto a Punto, Prilux City Wise posibilita el control de luminarias a través de la tecnología Power Line Communications (PLC) y Radiofrecuencia (RF). Prilux City Wise no necesita de un servidor propio ni de infraestructura de comunicaciones adicionales: toda la información se ofrece de manera personalizada y segura a través de internet.

El sistema Prilux City Wise está concebido para aprovechar todos los beneficios de la modalidad SaaS (Software as a Service o Software como Servicio) lo que se traduce, entre

otras ventajas, en la reducción de inversiones iniciales en infraestructura tecnológica. Sin embargo, la versatilidad del sistema hace que sea adaptable a las necesidades del cliente.

Las comunicaciones están concebidas para ser móviles dada la dispersión geográfica de los cuadros, aunque el sistema de telegestión de alumbrado público puede funcionar con cualquier red de comunicaciones ya implantada. All solutions can be managed remotely through Prilux City Wise, thus standardising point-to-point management. Depending on the technology used to communicate between the command centre and each light, there are fundamentally two types of systems available: Power Line Com-munications (PLC) and Radiofrequency (RF).
