DERECHOS DE INSCRIPCIÓN REGISTRATION FEE

Los DERECHOS DE INSCRIPCIÓN son de 500 € + 10% IVA correspondiente. Una vez recibida por Fira de Barcelona la Solicitud de propuesta de Participación, esta remitirá a la empresa solicitante una factura por el concepto de derechos de inscripción, con vencimiento 30 días a fecha factura. Fira de Barcelona no tramitará ninguna solicitud hasta que no se hayan abonado los derechos de inscripción. En ningún caso se procederá a la devolución del importe abonado en concepto de derechos de inscripción. Los servicios añadidos de los derechos de inscripción son: Apertura de dosier y tramitación, Wi-Fi, pases de expositor, inserción en el catálogo online e invitaciones. El seguro obligatorio no está incluido (63 €).

The REGISTRATION FEE IS €500 + 10% VAT. On receipt of the participation application form, Fira de Barcelona will send an invoice to the applicant Company for the “registration fee”, due 30 days after the invoice date. Fira de Barcelona will not process any application form without the payment of the registration fee. Under no circumstances will the amount paid as the registration fee be refunded. Added services for the registration fee are: opening kit and processing, Wi-Fi, exhibitor passes, insert in on-line catalog and invitations. Compulsory insurance not included (€63).

COEXPOSITOR: en caso de tener empresas representadas a su cargo, será necesario que nos indique sus datos a través de la aplicación que posteriormente pondremos a su disposición. Ello permitirá gestionar adecuadamente su participación y publicación en el Catálogo Oficial del Salón. La cuota de expositor representado es de 400 € + 10% IVA (si es aplicable) por empresa.

CO-EXHIBITOR: If you are responsible for represented companies, you must provide us with their details using the application form we will give you later on. This will make it possible to manage their participation and publish their information in the show’s Ofcial Catalog. The fee for represented exhibitors is €400 + 10% VAT (if applicable) per Company.
