Good day.

The Regional Science High School - IX Alumni Association (RSHS - IX) will be holding its 3rd Grand Alumni Homecoming on December 30, 2010 at the Grand Orchid Hotel – Garden Deck, Gov. Camins St., Zamboanga City. More than 300 alumni, faculty members, officers of the Parents-Teachers Association, and local DepEd and City Officials are expected to attend the event. The homecoming will be a dinner party, which will include an Oath Taking and Turn-over Ceremony for the new members of the alumni association.

Given the limited funds of the association, we would like to ask for your assistance to enable us to stage this event. As such we would like to solicit a minimum registration fee of Php300.00 for those who would like to attend the homecoming. The fee serves as the alumni membership fee and will cover the following expenses:

a. Dinner of the Alumni for the eventb. Convention Hall Accommodation as venue c. Stage Preparation/Decorations d. Souvenir/Tokense. Invitationsf. Documentation: Video coverage & pictorialsg. Advertising Costs (Banner, Tarpaulins)h. Operational Expenses prior to the event

You may also choose to sponsor the event. Please find attached document the sponsorship form we have prepared. We have provided three levels of sponsorship from which you could choose from. Each level comes with corresponding compliments, which will be given to you during or after the event.
