The UP Zeta Beta Rho Honor Fraternity (UP ZBRHF) and the UP MussaendaHonor Sorority (UP MHS), recognized student organizations at the College of Forestry and Natural Resources (CFNR), University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB), will bestaging the 10th National Forestry Olympiad (NFO) on 6-10 February 2012 at theForestry campus, UPLB.

The NFO is envisioned to promote linkages and camaraderie among forestry students nationwide and act as a medium for launching a unified stand on issuesaffecting the environment and natural resources. Basically, the NFO is a competitionbetween and among delegates from various forestry schools in the country in differentforestry related events such as forest surveying, tree measurement, wood, leaf, seed,and plant diseases identification and a quiz contest on environment and naturalresources.

In this regard, we would like to solicit financial support to defray the expensesrelative to the holding of the event. We shall properly acknowledge any assistance/support that you would extend to this Olympiad.

For your donation, you may opt to be a SPONSOR in which case your

name/organization shall be placed in the NFO streamers and in a special page in thesouvenir program, or be included in the ADVERTISEMENT pages of our souvenirprogram, or we may just include your name in our list of DONORS (please seeattached details). We would appreciate receiving your sponsorship, advertisement,and/or donations on or before 13 January 2012 through our authorizedrepresentatives or the undersigned.

A. MECH ANI CS OF THE ADV ERT I SEME N T

1. Advertisement will be on a first-come-first-served basis.

2. Authorized solicitors shall execute the transactions for and in behalf of the

sponsoring organizations.

3. Ads will be produced in black and white.

4. The ads must be submitted together with filled-up form which will be provided.

Payments must accompany orders.

5. The advertiser can pay in cash or in check through the Bank Account of the

undersigned.

6. Only fully paid ads shall appear in the souvenir program.

7. Whole page ads, camera-ready artwork or typewritten layout must be submitted

together with the advertisement order.

8. Ads should meet the size specification indicated. If not, format will be changed

by our layout staff to meet the requirement.

9. The sponsoring organizations reserves the right to deny any advertisement order

in favor of the donor/advertiser after the deadline set by the sponsoring

organization (13 January 2012) or as it deems proper.

10. One full page advertisement will be given free souvenir program.
