It was formed in the year 1999 with objectives of supplementing the knowledge acquired in the class and also by encouraging the students to apply their theoretical knowledge into practical aspects. It had organized a technical fair at Institute level in which the students of ECSA won first three prizes. The past achievements of ECSA are the selection of students in ELECRAMA-2007, the third International Exhibition of Electrical and Industrial Electronic Industry organized by IEEMA.

is the first association being formed in the Institute that includes the faculty members and students as its members and has proved a platform to develop the overall personality especially for the students of the Department besides their regular academic aspects. This Society has so far actively carried out Debate/ Essay Writing Competition among the students. It brings out a wall magazine 'DISHARI' every semester, to exhibit their literary skills.

It was formed with an aim of encouraging and promoting innovative ideas of the students and to ensure their all-round development. To achieve this objective, the association organizes Seminars / talks by eminent personalities from academia / industries. Industrial tours are organized to supplement their theoretical knowledge. Arrangements of cultural nights, get-together and annual Viswakarma Puja help the students to excel on their managerial and organizational skill.
